These Terms govern your use of Moqaysa | مقايسة, developed and published by EMAD DEV. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose
Moqaysa is construction quantity-estimation, BOQ, project-management, reporting, procurement, cost-control, and project-control assistance software. Depending on available features, it may provide finishing calculations, BOQ tools, material pricing, procurement, contractor/payment-certificate workflows, progress/control tools, structural quantity takeoff, concrete/reinforcement workflows, BBS, reinforcement cutting/remnant calculations, reports, PDF/Excel exports, backup/synchronization, and related construction-productivity functions.
Features may be added, removed, limited, or reorganized over time.
2. Calculation and Professional-Use Notice
Moqaysa provides calculation and estimation assistance. Quantities, formulas, material summaries, rates, costs, reinforcement outputs, schedules, optimization results, and other outputs must be independently reviewed before professional reliance.
Actual requirements may differ due to site conditions, geometry, execution methods, workmanship, material properties, waste/cutting losses, tolerances, design revisions, codes, approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and user-entered information.
You are responsible for verifying outputs before purchasing, construction, pricing, tendering, contracting, certification, or other professional use.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Moqaysa does not replace professional engineering judgment, licensed engineering services where required, approved calculations/drawings/shop drawings, MEP or geotechnical advice, manufacturer data, site inspection, quantity-surveyor/cost-consultant review, contract administration, building codes, regulations, or project specifications.
Structural, reinforcement, BBS, optimization, quantity, cost, and project-control outputs do not constitute engineering approval or certification.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for accurate inputs, appropriate options, units/currencies, verification of calculations/reports/exports, protection of confidential information, independent backups/records, comparison with approved project documents, and review before sharing information with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, or other parties.
5. Accounts
Certain features require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication account and for activity performed through it. You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, interfere with backend services, or access another user's data.
6. Free and Pro
Moqaysa may provide Free and Pro functionality. Exact feature limits, project limits, export permissions, advertising behavior, rewarded-ad unlocks, and Pro entitlements are determined by the current App version and the product information presented to you.
7. Purchases
Where available, Moqaysa may offer: - an annual auto-renewing Pro subscription; and - a one-time Founder Lifetime in-app product.
Prices and currencies are displayed by Google Play before purchase. Google Play handles payment details. Purchases must be successfully verified before entitlement activation.
Annual Pro: renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play according to applicable Google Play rules. Uninstalling Moqaysa does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancelling renewal normally allows access through the already-paid period unless the purchase is refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalidated.
Founder Lifetime: is a one-time purchase for early supporters providing the applicable Core Pro entitlement described at the time of purchase for the supported Moqaysa product/service. Separately offered future products or services---particularly services with separate recurring operating costs---may be sold separately if clearly presented as separate offerings.
8. Advertising
Eligible Free users may see banner or rewarded advertisements. Completing a rewarded advertisement provides only the specific benefit described by the App and does not create permanent Pro access unless explicitly stated.
9. Reports and Exports
Generated PDF, Excel, BOQ, schedule, summary, or other files reflect user inputs, settings, available project data, and App logic. Review generated documents before professional, commercial, contractual, or construction use.
10. Cloud Sync and Backups
Cloud synchronization and Google Drive backup are convenience/continuity tools and should not be your only project-record system. Maintain appropriate independent copies of important professional or contractual information. Availability may depend on internet access, authentication, Google Drive authorization, third-party services, and compatible App versions.
11. User Content
You remain responsible for content you enter. You must have the right to use project, client, company, logo, pricing, contractor, supplier, and other information entered or uploaded. Do not use Moqaysa for unlawful or infringing content.
12. Deletion
Moqaysa provides controls for local data, cloud data, and permanent account deletion. Permanent deletion may require reauthentication and may remove applicable Google Drive data, Firestore data, the Firebase Authentication account, and local App data. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Limited billing evidence may be retained for ownership, refund, revocation, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes. Recreating an account, even with the same email address, does not automatically transfer purchases.
13. Third-Party Services
Certain functionality depends on Google/Firebase and other third-party services and may be subject to their separate terms, policies, availability, limitations, and account requirements.
14. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, fix, update, improve, reorganize, add, or retire functionality for technical, security, legal, platform, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Prohibited Use
You must not intentionally bypass authentication, entitlement, advertising, or purchase-verification controls; attempt unauthorized access; misuse cloud/backend resources; distribute malicious content; use the App unlawfully; or intentionally disrupt Moqaysa.
16. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Moqaysa is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee suitability for every project, compliance with every code/contract, uninterrupted cloud operation, successful recovery in every circumstance, or error-free results. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMAD DEV is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance on App outputs, inaccurate inputs, unverified quantities/calculations, purchasing/construction/pricing decisions, delays, loss of data, third-party interruptions, or use of reports without appropriate professional review. This does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when functionality, commercial models, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised.
