Moqaysa provides in-app controls to remove local data, cloud data, or permanently delete your account and associated Moqaysa data.
Permanently delete your account
1. Open Moqaysa | مقايسة.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Account & Privacy.
4. Open Privacy & Delete, if presented as a separate section.
5. Choose Delete account and data.
6. Review the warning.
7. Complete any required reauthentication.
8. Confirm permanent deletion.
What permanent deletion is designed to remove
The in-app process is designed to delete: - applicable Moqaysa data associated with your account in Firebase Firestore; - Moqaysa backups, archived exports, and other Moqaysa data stored through the App in Google Drive; - your Firebase Authentication account associated with Moqaysa; and - local Moqaysa application data on the device.
Google authorization or reauthentication may be required. If required remote deletion cannot be completed, the process may stop and display an error rather than intentionally complete only part of the remote deletion.
Google Play purchases and retained billing evidence
Deleting your Moqaysa account does not cancel an annual Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation through Google Play. Moqaysa may retain minimized billing evidence needed to preserve purchase history, prevent replay or fraud, and process later expiry, refund, cancellation, or revocation events. It does not retain your profile name, email, projects, or preferences in that evidence.
A Founder Lifetime purchase or annual subscription is not automatically granted to a new Firebase account, even when the same email address is used. Any future restore or rebind requires a separate authoritative review; email alone is not purchase authority.
Delete cloud data without deleting the account
Moqaysa may provide a separate Delete cloud data option. This removes applicable synchronized cloud data without necessarily deleting the Firebase Authentication account. Follow the warning displayed by the App.
Clear local data
Clearing local data removes applicable data from the device only. It does not necessarily delete synchronized Firebase data, Google Drive backups/archives, or your authentication account.
If you cannot access the App
Use the official public Moqaysa Data Deletion page hosted on Google Sites or contact:
EMAD DEV omda2020@gmail.com
Include the email address associated with the Moqaysa account so the request can be identified. Additional identity verification may be required.
Never send your Google password, payment-card details, authentication codes, or other secrets by email.
Information retained by third parties
Deleting Moqaysa does not delete your Google account and does not necessarily delete information independently retained by third-party providers for legitimate purposes, such as Google Play transaction records, information required to be retained by law, or diagnostic records retained according to a provider's applicable policy.
For more information, see the Moqaysa Privacy Policy.
